I still await your response. Already I have been able to change the header/banner on the theme and remove the social icons. But I have not changed contact info, on the footer of the theme. I need to change this:-

I’m using this theme – it is really nice looking theme.
My question: I have “duplicate title tags” issue on last posts (according g webmasters tool), It shows:
Pages with duplicate title tags:
/my-last-post
/my-last-post/
What this mean? Any suggestions on how to fix it?
