ASimpleMagazine is free WordPress theme with style Magazine. ASimpleMagazine come with many great features : featured category on sidebar and homepage, custom widget, automatic image-resizing, and breadcrumb.
Unzip the file you have download, then unzip “ASimpleMagazine.zip” files on that folder. Now you can find a folder called “ASimpleMagazine”.
To install the theme you should have ready wordPress installed and running on your server, and place it in “wp-contents/themes”. So what you’ll have in the end is “wp-contents/themes/ASimpleMagazine”
Now that you have the theme uploaded you just need to login to your WP admin panel and activate the ASimpleMagazine theme in “Appearance > Themes”
Installing via wordpress backend
Download the ASimpleMagazine, then unzip.
Log into your WP admin panel and click on the “Appearance” tab. Now click on the “Add New Themes” tab.
Click on the “Upload” button, “Browse” you can find ASimpleMagazinenew.zip files, then select “Open”.
Click the “Install Now” button.
Activate the theme from this page, OR “Return to Themes Page” and activate from there if you experience a problem.

Widget Setting Up
ASimpleMagazine-Twitter, follow the steps below :
Go to Appearance > Widget in the WP admin panel
Simply drag ASimpleMagazine-Twitter to sidebar
Then fill the title, twitter username, and maximum tweet to display form with yours.
Save it!
ASimpleMagazine-Flickr, follow the steps below :
Go to Appearance > Widget in the WP admin panel.
Drag ASimpleMagazine-Flickr to sidebar.
Fill the Flickr ID, with yours…how? first click idGttr, it will open a new page, change “username” on link address with your Flickr username, click “Find” button, then copy and paste your ID, that appear below Photostream Address.
Then specify the number of which will be your flickr photos to display.
This theme comes bundled with unique page templates for some additional functionality to your Themes. Below is a list of page templates that available for this theme “ASimpleMagazinenew”.
Contact page, is a page template for contact form, so a web visitor can email you directly. You will have to add your email address to the theme option’s panel of the theme to make sure it is set up correctly.
Redirect page, is a page template to make a link to an external site that will appear to your page navigation menu. Follow this steps to adding an external url :
Create a new page in WordPress
Add a title to the page (e.g WordPress Tips and Trick)
Add an url to the content of the page (e.g http://www.dynamicwp.net/category/articles-and-tutorials/ or dynamicwp.net/category/articles-and-tutorials/ or www.dynamicwp.net/category/articles-and-tutorials/)
Scroll down to the “Templates” field in the “Attributes” box and select “Redirect” page template
And Publish! Now your an external site link will appear to your page navigation menu.
