I am looking for some dynamic Pop Up Contact Form. So if some one feel the form i will get all the data in my Admin panel.

Hi to everybody,
first of all, thanx for sharing your plugin.
I think is very usefull insert in the option menu in admin panel a setting to choose if display the menu at the Home page or not… using “somewhere” in the code the codex …

Hi, i like this plugin – it’s wonderful !

But, how can I initialize the menu in the open state.The user should be able to close it, if he dont need it.

When I install the plugin and set it up everything is great, when I log on the next day I cannot access wordpress with a message saying the header is corrupt highlighting the line of code with the pop up menu. When I remove the plugin with Filezilla everything is okay, except I cannot run the pop up menu, any idea what I have done wrong.
