Free WordPress Plugin : DynamicWP Contact Form

I am looking for a stylish contact form for my new blog. I hope it works well without any problem.

Cannot download DynamicWP Contact Form version 1.2 , the link is not working.

after trying to install your Contact plug in, I get the following error: Parse error: syntax error, unexpected $end in C:\Users\Dale\Documents\My Web Sites\dalekroeker\wp-content\plugins\dynamicwp-contact-form\contact.php on line 369

This is a great Plugin. but can we Change the Position of Button like Left Side to Center .

I got errors when I installed, but found a solution: unzip the zip file, select all unzipped files (including images folder) EXCEPT the screenshot and readme.txt files, then zip the selected files and upload THAT zip file. The screenshot and readme.txt just confuses WP for some reason.

Very cool plugin. Its so simple, yet so good. I had no problem installing the plugin, but when I tested it, I had problems. The emails would submit; however, upon submission the browser was redirected to: /wp-content/plugins/dynamicwp-contact-form/sendmail.php. The browser would show a page with the number "1." Can you provide advice?

It is having a conflict with my theme. I am using Cascadia from Themeforest. When activated this plugin, slider broke and plugin was not working. Any help please? Also how can I add more fields to form?

I have an interesting conflict with this plugin. I am using the GeoPlaces theme by Templatic, and this theme offers 4 footer content zones. In one of these, I have put a theme-provided image slider. You can see this here: http://www.tamarindo.com/new/ The image slider works fine on all pages and category pages, but is broken on posts, for example: http://www.tamarindo.com/new/rustys-pizza/ After deactivating all plugins and reactivating them, DynamicWP Contact Form appears to be the plugin that is causing the conflict with the image slider on post pages. Other than that fatal conflict, this is a great plugin!

Major spam explosion today, had to deactivate. Tried another email address, tried a new security question neither stopped the spam. The tab performed well for 6 months, two or three manageable spam a week. Today, about 30 in 3 hours. None since I deactivated. I think it's been compromised and it's probably unwise for me to re-activate before a major change in security options.

Hi! How can I add to contact.php an auto response line? I'd love if any time somebody clicks on submit email, they'd receive an automated email from me.... could you tell me how to do it?

We also get the error on line 369 in contact.php ending early when installing. running php 5.2.11 and WP 3.1.3, suspect some bugy or incompatiable code is at fault here.

I have the plugin installed but it does not seem to send mail. I am using SMTP to sendmail since I am using gmail but when I go to edit the sendmail.php file to set it up I get this message at the top Editing dynamicwp-contact-form/sendmail.php (inactive) I have found no way to activate that single file, all other files are active and the floating bar shows up on the site just fine. how can this be corrected?

It's not sending messages in my mail. What can be the problem?

Love this plug for my site. I'm running a multisite and it it works perfectly on the top level but consistently fails to send mails on sub-blogs after network activation. Consistency is good. Is there something I can flick or tickle to make it work across all my blogs? Thanks, Paul
